Three days to immerse yourselves in movement practice and in the environment. An opportunity to deepen and revitalise your practice in the company of fellow travellers. Delving deeper, starting from the ground of your shared experience of the Walk of Life training. Opening to the unknown. Come expecting to be challenged!

This intensive workshop is intended for people who have participated in the Walk of Life training and will include some of the more demanding sites.
